YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy and cookies

York Lift Trucks Limited is responsible for information you provide when you contact us through this website. Contact info@yorklifttrucks.co.uk with questions about your information or to request access, correction or deletion.

Enquiries

We collect the contact details, company, site postcode, equipment selection and requirement you submit so we can answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation or arrange the service you request. Please do not include sensitive personal or payment information.

FormSubmit processes the form and delivers the enquiry to our York inboxes and the members of our team responsible for handling it. Its documentation states that submissions are retained in its archive for 30 days. Read the FormSubmit privacy terms. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Advertising cookies

Optional Google advertising measurement is disabled until you choose to allow it. If allowed, Google can use cookies and advertising identifiers to measure visits from adverts. We do not send the name, email address or message from your enquiry to Google. You can change your choice using Cookie settings at the bottom of any page.

Our existing advertising conversion measures visits to the contact page; it does not prove that an enquiry was sent. The website does not currently use Google Analytics 4.

Other services

Website hosting, externally hosted product images and fonts involve requests to the relevant providers, which receive technical information such as your IP address. Security services may be used to protect forms from spam. Our site stores your cookie preference in your browser.
